Deposit Payment Method
Credit card payment (via Stripe)
Payment Timing
A deposit of ¥6,200 is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance will be charged at the salon on the day of your appointment.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
Same-Day Booking by Operator
This fee covers the cost of our operator-assisted booking service.
If we are unable to secure a reservation for you, this fee will be fully refunded.
Once a reservation has been successfully secured, this fee becomes non-refundable, even if the appointment is later canceled.
Service Delivery
Services will be provided on the reserved date and time.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment: 50% of the service fee
• Same-day cancellations: 100% of the service fee
• No-shows: 100% of the service fee
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or be treated as a cancellation.

Refunds & Corrections
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds after the service has been completed.
However, if you have any concerns regarding the result, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment.
We will provide a complimentary correction within the scope of the original service.
Requests made after 7 days may be subject to additional charges.
Please note that changes based on personal preference, or issues caused by daily wear, maintenance, or external factors, may not be eligible for correction.
