Cancellation Policy
《Reservation Policy》 To secure your appointment, all clients are required to provide a valid credit card or pay a deposit at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment. ⸻ 《Cancellation Policy》 If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible. ⚫︎Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. ⚫︎Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. ⚫︎No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. These policies help us protect our stylists’ time and allow us to accommodate other clients. We respect your time and kindly ask that you respect ours as well. ⸻ 《Late Arrivals》 If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service to avoid delaying other clients. If we are unable to perform the scheduled service due to late arrival, it may be treated as a same-day cancellation. ⸻ 《Agreement》 By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to our reservation and cancellation policy.
